DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. February 26, 2025.
2. Re-Final Plat
A. CANYON VIEW MEADOWS PLAT D. This proposal involves reapproval of a Final Plat for five single-family lots located at approximately 1000 South 2900 East.
3. Minor Plat Amendment
A. LEGACY ESTATES PLAT B AMENDMENT. This proposal involves the amendment of lot lines for a property located at 1694 East 900 North.
4. Annexation Acceptance
A. JOHNSON - YOUD ANNEXATION. This request is for acceptance of the Johnson - Youd Annexation for further study. The proposed annexation is 18.6 acres located at approximately 300 West 1600 North.
5. Street Vacation
A. 900 EAST. This is proposed to vacate the remaining portion of 900 East north of 660 North.
6. Concept Review
A. CULVER'S DOUBLE DRIVE THRU CONCEPT.
7. Discussion
A. EAST BENCH ANNEXATION POSSIBILITIES.
