Public Hearing: Review and action on a request by EIG14T representing Hippo Veterinary Clinic for site plan and design review for a proposed veterinary clinic, located at 1383 North and 2000 West (Parcel No. 14-505-0304), which lies in the PZ zoning district. 2. Discussion and review of mixed-use zoning concepts and Planning Commission Rules of Procedure (discussion items only - no action will be taken): a. Mixed-Use Development - review of concept and zoning options for mixed-use development. b. Review of Planning Commission Rules of Procedure and discussion of powers and duties of the Planning Commission. Other Business 1. Approval of February 6, 2025 Meeting Minutes 2. Director's Report 3.
