Call to Order - Mayor Justin Sip 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Councilman Williams 3. Statements of Belief/Opening Prayer - Councilman Sands B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor. C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from February 6, 2025, Strategic Planning Session. 2. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from February 13, 2025, Strategic Planning Session. 3. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from February 19, 2025, City Council Meet-ing. D. CITY DEPARTMENT REPORTS: 1. Ash Creek Special Services District Representative 2. Hurricane Valley Fire District Representative - Merlin Spendlove 3. Planning Commission Chair - Valerie Preslar 4. Discussion and possible action on Change Order #15 for the Parkway Temporary North Tie-In. 3. Discussion and possible action on Change Order #17 for the relocation of power vaults out of the clear zone. 4. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2025.XX - Adopting the Water Conservation Plan. 5. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2025.XX - Adopting the FY25-26 Strategic Plan. 6. Discussion and possible action on an Interlocal Revenue Pledge Agreement with the Washing-ton County Sheriff's Office for the Washington County Drug Task Force. 7. Open and Public Meetings Act Training. G. CALENDAR OF EVENTS: 1. Community Readiness Meeting - Thursday, March 13, 2025, at Old Town Hall - 7:00 PM. 2. Easter Egg Hunt - Saturday, April 12 at Center Street Park - 10:00 AM. H. CLOSED SESSION: Discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale or the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual (if needed). I.
