Notice is hereby given that Freedom Ranch (Doug Johnson) has filed a Petition to the Sanpete
County Planning Commission recommending approval to amend the Freedom Ranch Plat B
Subdivision. The affected Lots 5, and 6 are amending lot lines. and are located Northeast of Mt.
Pleasant, Utah. The Freedom Ranch Plat B Subdivision is recorded as an approved subdivision.
More specifically described as parcel #S-22506X16, and S-22506X15.

objecting to the proposed plat change must file a written objection with the Sanpete County
Clerk's Office at the Sanpete County Courthouse within 10 days of the date of this Notice. A
public hearing has been scheduled at the Sanpete County Commission Chambers in the Sanpete
County Courthouse on the 9th day of April, 2025, at 7:40p.m. If no written objections are
received, the public hearing will be cancelled.
