The Division of Wildlife Resources is required to submit an Environmental Assessment as part of the NEPA process for approval of a land exchange by the US Fish and Wildlife Service.
The 30-day public comment period for the Environmental Assessment starts February 5, 2026 and ends on March 6, 2026.
