- RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 13, 2025 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): 1. 'Wrap n Ro,' PLZ-25-2007, an application for a conditional use permit for a home occupation to be located at 2046 West Kimber Lane. Applicant - Robin Cavaness 2. 'SALT Amendment,' PLZ-25-4003, 25-6002, a public hearing for an amendment to a development agreement between Riverton City and Centercal amending the allowed number of residential units within the project area from 282 to 290. Applicant - Riverton City 3. 'Table of Uses', PLZ-5002, Riverton City is proposing changes to the Land Use and Development Code, Section 18.90.010 'Table of Commercial Uses' in Riverton City Code. 4. 'Architectural Standards', PLZ-5003, Riverton City is proposing changes to the Land Use and Development Code for Architectural Standards of Commercial Buildings found in Sections 18.65.060, 18.70.060, 18.75.050, 18.80.060, 18.85.060, 18.95.040 18.100.060, and 18.215.030 of Riverton City Code. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission.
