Regular Meeting Agenda 1. Meeting Called to Order: - Invocation or Thought by Chair Hellewell - Pledge of Allegiance by Commissioner Johnson - Adoption of Meeting Agenda 2. Meeting Minutes: - Regular Meeting & Work Session for February 18, 2025 3. Public Comment: This is an opportunity to address the Planning Commission regarding items not scheduled for a public hearing on this agenda. Please consider others and limit your comments to three minutes. 4. Public Hearing: Revised Site Plan - Request by Pacific Steel for approval of Site Plan revisions. The site is located at approximately 404 S 1080 W in the Industrial Development (ID) zone. 5. Public Hearing: Rezone and Preliminary Plat w/ Development Agreement - Request by Chase Freebairn/Cole West for a rezone of parcels located at approximately 3015 S 2000 W. The affected area contains approximately 26.92 acres in the A-1 and R-1 zones. The proposed zoning is PRD. 6. Public Hearing: Rezone/Development Agreement Amendment - Request by Aaron and Lauren Gerdeman to remove their property from the development agreement for Shoreline residential planned community located at approximately 2965 S 3000 W. The property area is approximately 1.4 acres in the RPC zone with a desired zoning of A-1. 7. Public Hearing: Rezone - Request by Landon Costley for a rezone at approximately 3281 W 700 S. The affected area contains approximately 1.7 acres in the A-1 zone. The proposed zoning is R-3. 8. Adjourn Work Session 1.
