- The River Heights Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, beginning at 6:30 p.m., to discuss Changes to the River Heights City Code. The hearing will be held in the River Heights City Building located at 520 South 500 East, River Heights. Written comments, addressed to Commission Chair Noel Cooley, can be submitted up until noon on the date of the hearing.
