**NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING**
A public hearing before the Vernal City Planning Commission has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 5:30 P.M. located at 374 East Main in the Vernal City Council Chambers to consider a Preliminary Plat Application submitted by Vernal City for a proposed subdivision located at 256 E 600 S, Vernal, Utah 84078, Parcel # 050510037. The purpose of this hearing is to review the proposed subdivision layout and ensure compliance with Chapter 16.58 of the Vernal City Subdivision Code and Utah Code 10-9a-602.
