OLD BUSINESS:
Article 5; Ordinance Amendment: The Town Council has asked the Planning and Zoning board to re-look at removing the last sentence of Article 5, Section 503, Number 7 which states: No unattached garage, accessory building or outbuilding may be built on the front of the lot.
The Town Councils concern is safety, they want to ensure that an ambulance or fire truck will be able to get to the house with ease.
NEW BUSINESS:
Draper: Valorie and Christijan Draper are requesting approval to add a bathroom to the newly constructed garage approved in 2024.
Shreeve: Brooke and Layne Shreeve are requesting approval for a building permit to construct a house on Dry Creek.
Slaughs: Mandy Slaugh is requesting to split her commercial lot located at 45 E HWY 43 (Sinclair/car wash). It has been found that the lot is in a subdivision, Gabby B. from Sunrise will help explain the next steps.
Von Eberstein: Justin Von Eberstein is requesting an ordinance amendment- Article 14, section 1402, 2, A states: A recreational vehicle park shall be a minimum of four (4) acres in size. Justin is requesting to amend that ordinance to allow a lot size of 1.9 to be the minimum requirement.
Article 5; Ordinance Amendment: The board has reviewed with the Town Council and will make a recommendation as to what the amendment of the ordinance in Article 5, section 503, number 7 will be. Recommend to TC for ordinance amendments
Short Term Rental Application Packet: The board will review and either adopt or give feedback on the newly created/updated short term rental application packet.
