He is located in a Main Street Zone and was granted a conditional use permit in October 2024 to build bullet casings in a building next to his home. He has been issued licenses through the state and federal firearms for this business. A public hearing will be held by the Loa Planning Commission at 6:30 pm on March 6, 2025 at the Loa Town Hall at 80 West Center, if anyone would like to attend.
