CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - ZONING MAP AMENDMENT and PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY ZONING AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on March 12th, 2025 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, regarding a proposed Centerville Zoning Map amendment on property located at approximately 212 West Summerhill Lane (2125 North), known as 'Parcel A', from Residential Low (R-L) to Agricultural Low (A-L). Additionally, this public hearing will be regarding a proposed Centerville Zoning Map amendment on the same property located at approximately 212 West Summerhill Lane (2125 North), known as 'Parcel A', to be removed from the Planned Development Overlay (PDO) Zoning area that comprises the current Summerhill Lane Subdivision boundaries.
