Call to Order 2. Review and approve minutes from the last committee meeting held on January 27, 2025 3. Develop and approve a plan for the city town hall and public open house- Daniel Jensen a. Overview of Sunrise Engineering's role in the public open house. b. Discussion on what the committee can provide to the city council c. Discuss the city councils' needs for the town hall and the committee will support 4. Review and Discuss the Project Timeline-Daniel Jensen a. Assess completed milestones b. identify pending deliverables c. ensure alignment with the projected timeline to report progress to the city council 5.
