- Torrey Planning and Zoning Commission Opening Torrey is taking letters of interest for an open position on the Torrey Planning and Zoning Commission. Please submit Letters of interest to the town office by March 20, 2025. Or email to Karen@torreyutah.gov. Applicants must be a resident of Torrey Town or live within the Torrey Water District.
