Panguitch City Planning and Zoning Public Hearing Minutes November 26, 2024, at 5:00 pm The Panguitch Planning and Zoning Public Hearing meeting was held at the Panguitch City Office at 25 S 200 E. Those in attendance were City Manager Mat Houston, City Recorder Tyrissa Howell, Committee Chair Chad Veater and committee members Clint Albrecht, Jon Torgerson, Clarence Herron, and Tracy Wright. Adoption of the Agenda Jon Torgerson moved, seconded by Clint Torgerson to adopt the agenda. The motion passed with all in favor. Public Hearing - Subdivision Ordinance Tracy Wright moved, seconded by Jon Torgerson to approve the meeting open for a Public Hearing. The motion passed with all in favor. There were no public comments. Clint Albrecht moved, seconded by Tracy Wright to exit the Public Hearing. The motion passed with all in favor. Tracy Wright moved, seconded by Jon Torgerson to approve Ordinand 2024-4 Subdivision Ordinance with changes to Section 6.08.080 advise and consent, Section 6.08.050 adding the wording Southwest Public Health and sewer and sanitary, Section 6.24.020 Land Use Authority, Section 6.24.050 adding the word 'of' to 'the city.' And 'Southwest' Public Health, Section 6.8.030 removing the word 'alto.' The motion passed with all in favor.
