IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, March 18, 2025 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on proposed amendments to the Ivins City Annexation Policy Plan; adopted as an amendment to the Ivins City General Plan. Applicant/Owner: Ivins City Contact: Building & Zoning Administrator Mike Haycock, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place, may submit their views electronically via email to Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at sallen@ivinsutah.gov, or in writing to the Planning Commission prior to the meeting. A copy of the proposed amendments are available at Ivins City Hall or on Ivins City website at www.ivinsutah.gov. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at Ivins City Hall, 85 N.
