- Cedar City Board of Adjustments Agenda March 3, 2025 The Cedar City Board of Adjustments will hold a meeting on Monday, March 3, 2025, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Board Members: Dorian Page; Chris Bearnson; Chad Carter; Brittany Fisher; Terry Hermansen; Steve Nelson; John Webster; Assistant City Attorney Karl Andersen; Building Official Drew Jackson; Executive Assistant Natasha Nava. 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Approval of Findings of Fact. 4. Request for Home Occupation Dog Grooming business at approximately 304 North 1600 West (R-2-2)/ Pawsitively Groomed/ Jessie Estin.
