Notice of Public Hearing The Washington County Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing regarding a proposed zone change from the A-20 (Agricultural 20 acre minimum lot size) zone, to the RA-5 (Residential Agricultural 5 acre minimum lot size) zone for all of parcel 3094-NS and a portion of parcel 3091-A-2-NS. This zone change request will support the applicant as they plan to subdivide the property for residential development. The applicants are Deer Hollow Properties and Edwin Voskanian. The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding this matter on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 1:30 PM in the Washington County Administration Building Commission Chambers at 111 E.
