CALL MEETING TO ORDER

2025 Board Ofcer Nominations
Make assignments for board members in order to enhance their visibility and importance within the
Center.
Attending Council Meetings
Be part of the announcements at functions
Attending concerts
Assisting with survey distribution and collection
Complaint Committee
Set Goals
Take tours of other facilities to see how and what they are doing
Discussion on events, council meetings, etc.
Discussion of future options for our facility (i.e. expansion or new facility)
Board members support and promote our programs with other seniors
Review current programs at the Center
