NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the March 4, 2025 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comment on a proposed application for a two-lot Subdivision submitted by Jackson Haslam, representing Ivory Homes to subdivide. .55 acres (23,958 sq. ft.) of property located at 5870 S. Highland Dr. in the R-1-10 Zone, which has a minimum lot size of 10,000 sq. ft.. The request is to subdivide the existing property containing one lot with one dwelling unit into two lots sized at 11,696 sq. ft and 11,856 sq. ft, a net increase of one residential lot.
The proposed subdivision would add one (1) new residential lot to the existing Charleston Place Subdivision. All lots are required to meet the minimum lot standards detailed for properties within the R-1-10 Zone, found in § H.C.C. Title 13 Chapter 13.14.040.
The proposed subdivision details will be available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours.
The public can remotely watch the Live Stream of the meeting. To provide a public comment or to comment on any public hearing, you have the following options:
