- ELSINORE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Thursday March 13, 2025, 6:30 p.m. Public Meeting 7:00 p.m. Town Council Meeting Elsinore Town Hall Fire Department Building - 35 W Main Street, Elsinore, Utah 6:30 p.m. PUBLIC MEETING - 4 Way Stop at Intersection of 200 N and 200 E - Vehicle Speed on 200 N often exceeds 25 mph in the Residential Zone - 200 E with the housing development along this street in recent years, vehicles are traveling above the residential 25 mph speed limit. 7:00 p.m. Town Council Meeting: COUNCILMEMBERS BE AWARE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST 1. Welcome Mayor Hopper 2. Prayer or Remarks by Elected Official: Councilmember (1-2-minute limit) 3. Pledge of Allegiance: Councilmember Brad Johnson 4.
