- NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Special Meeting Tuesday February 25, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police & Court Building, 108 S 100 E. Pleasant Grove, Utah. The meeting will be convened normally; however, the discussion will occur in a Closed Session, not open to the public. 1. Call to Order. 2. CLOSED MEETING TO DISCUSS THE CHARACTER, PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE, OR PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH OF AN INDIVIDUAL (UCA 52-4-205 (1)(a)) 3. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: I certify that the above notice and agenda was posted in three public places within the Pleasant Grove City limits, City Hall, Library and Community Room 108 S 100 E.
