Public Notice
Public notice is hereby given that the Oakley City Planning Department, in accordance with section 13-5-5 of the Oakley City Development Code, will be accepting comment regarding the following:
Thacker Subdivision Plat Amendment
Proposed plat amendment adjusts the boundaries between Thacker subdivision lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
Parcels THACKER-1, THACKER-2, THACKER-3, THACKER-4, and THACKER-5.
No other property is affected.
Applicant is Rian Thacker on behalf of Dallas and Janet Thacker.
Pursuant to Oakley City Code 13-5-2-E-2, public comment is welcome through March 3, 2025, 4:30 p.m.

According to Oakley City Code 13-1-20, this public notice has been posted in all appropriate locations.
