a. ACTION: Public Hearing - Pantos Preliminary Plat Land Use (Administrative)

The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing and consider granting preliminary plat approval for a seven-lot subdivision known as Pantos Subdivision.
b. ORDINANCE: PO Zone Text Amendment Land Use (Legislative)

The Planning Commission will consider the proposed text amendment for the PO Zone and the proposed architectural theme exhibit.
