Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Clara, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission Meeting in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah, on Thursday, February 27, 2025, commencing at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be broadcasted on our City website at https://santaclarautah.gov.

A. Recommendation to City Council
1. Recommendation to the City Council for a Conditional Use Permit for a Club Use at Arcadia Vacation Resort to operate recreational facilities including a clubhouse, parking lot, pool, lazy river, water slide, hot tubs, and pool side snack shack, as well as maintenance building pads providing workspace for housekeeping and maintenance employees servicing rental homes. 2. Recommendation to the City Council for an Amendment to the existing Conditional Use Permit allowing for short-term rentals within the Arcadia Vacation Resort to separate the HOA recreational amenities from the Club Use recreational amenities. Robert Smith, applicant.
