Description/Agenda: PLAIN CITY HEARING OFFICER NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Hearing Officer of Plain City will hold a Hearing on Monday, the 3rd day of March, 2025 at Plain City Offices 4160 West 2200 North which meeting shall begin promptly at 1:00pm. The purpose of said hearing shall be to hear and determine whether a variance can be granted for the following: Petitioner Kevin Bailey is requesting a variance located at 1885 N 4475 W from the City's side-yard setback requirement on his lot.
