- PUBLIC NOTICE February 20, 2025 A proposal for the creation of an Agricultural Protection Area has been filed with the Sevier County Planning Commission. The proposal will be available for public inspection at the Sevier County Building and Zoning Department during regular business hours. The proposal concerns parcels#: 4-98-2, 4-98-4, 4-98-6, 4-98-20, 4-98-24, 4-98-25, 4-98-27, 4-98-29, 4-98-31, 4-98-32, 4-98-33, 4-98-35, 4-98-56, 4-98-73, 4-99-14, and a portion of 4-99-11 (East side of the canal, split right through the middle of the canal on this parcel, effective 1/6/2025) Any person or entity affected by the establishment of the area may file a written request for modification of the proposal identifying specific parcels of land which should be added to or deleted from the proposal, or written objections to the proposal with the Sevier County Commission within fifteen (15) days of the date of the notice. Notice is hereby given that the Sevier County Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, March 12 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Sevier County Administration Building, 250 North Main, Richfield, Utah to consider the above mentioned APA request for Hank and Bonnie Robins-Robins Nest Ranches.
