Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Art City Properties, LLC is seeking Commercial Site Plan approval for the Art City Inn Bed & Breakfast, located at 76 W 200 S in the TC-Town Center Zone. This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on February 19, 2025. Agendas and minutes are accessible through the Springville City website at www.springville.org/agendasminutes.
