- NOTICE INVITING BIDS PROVO CITY CORPORATION will receive sealed bids for Construction of the 2025 Provo City Lakeview Parkway North Roadway Project, Bid No. PROVOEN202529337. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. March 18, 2025, through online means of U3P (SciQuest). WORK PRIMARILY CONSISTS OF: Installing concrete sidewalk, curb & gutter, asphalt pavement, and roadway striping. COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed by Oct. 15, 2025. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Request for Qualifications, and Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be obtained online at SciQuest (www.purchasing.utah.gov) February 20, 2025. NOTICE OF PUBLICATION: Published in the Daily Herald February 21st, March 3rd, and 10th 2025; posted on SciQuest beginning February 20, 2025 through March 18, 2025.
