NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stansbury Park Improvement District will hold its scheduled Board Meeting on February 18, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the Stansbury Park Office, 30 Plaza. One of the three Board Members may participate and join the Board Meeting through electronic means. The agenda will be as follows:
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. DISCUSSION OF WATER USER RATE FEE AND IMPACT FEE INCREASE TIMELINE
3. UPDATE ON SEWER TREATMENT ALTERNATIVES
4. OQUIRRH POINT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SEWER DISCUSSION AND INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT ALTERNATIVES
5. CONSIDER AND APPROVE RESOLUTION 2024-2 ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OF MICHAEL R. JENSEN AND CAROL A. JENSEN INTO THE BOUNDARIES OF THE STANSBURY PARK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOUNDARIES
