- NOTICE INVITING BIDS PROVO CITY CORPORATION will receive sealed bids for Construction of the 2025 Provo City Sidewalk Improvements Project, Bid No. PROVOEN202529267. Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. March 13, 2025, through online means of U3P (SciQuest). WORK PRIMARILY CONSISTS OF: Installing sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, storm drain improvements, and other utility work. COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed by Sept 15, 2025. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Request for Qualifications, and Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be obtained online at SciQuest (www.purchasing.utah.gov) February 24, 2025. NOTICE OF PUBLICATION: Published in the Daily Herald February 21, March 1, 3 2025; posted on SciQuest beginning February 24, 2025 through March 13, 2025. PROJECT INFORMATION: Information on the 2025 Provo City Sidewalk Improvement Project may be requested from David Michelsen, Project Engineer, (801) 852-6736.
