PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE WASATCH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A REGULAR PUBLIC MEETING SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2025 AT 9:00 A.M. AS AN ELECTRONIC MEETING WITH THE ANCHOR LOCATION FOR SAID MEETING TO BE IN THE BOARD ROOM OF THE: WASATCH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH WESTPARK BUILDING 750 NORTH FREEDOM BLVD. PROVO, UTAH 84601 CONSENT AGENDA Approve the minutes of the January 28, 2025, Governing Authority Board Meeting. REGULAR AGENDA 1. Ratify Acceptance of the FY2024 Audit Report by Litz and Company. 2. Approve and authorize the signing of an Agreement with Sharon Carlson. 3. Approve and authorize the signing of an Agreement with Wasatch County Sheriff/Jail. 4. Approve and authorize the signing of an Agreement with Rick Biesinger, LLC dba Counseling & Treatment Center. 5. Approve and authorize the signing of an Agreement with Whole Mind, LLC. 6. Approve and authorize the signing of an Agreement with NeuroWellness Utah, LLC. 7. Approve and authorize the signing of an agreement with Utah Department of Health and Human Services- Medicaid Amendment 6 and authorize the Executive Director to execute the agreement through DocuSign. 8. Approve the Financial Report for December 2024. 9. Approve the Expenditure Report for December 2024. 10. Approve Nomination for Catherine Johnson to be a Trustee and Friends of Wasatch Mental Health Foundation member. 11. Approve Nomination for Mark Mumford to be a Trustee and Friends of Wasatch Mental Health Foundation member. 12. Approve Nomination of Emalee Reese to be a Youth Advisory Board member. 13. Discuss date for Authority Board Working Days. 14. Director's Briefing/ QUAPI Report. 15. Approve and Set a Date, Time, and Location for a Closed Meeting to Discuss the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual or Individuals (Suggested for today's date, at this location, following the completion of the regular agenda and work session agenda items) (Announce the vote of each Commissioner). 16. Approve and Set a Date, Time, and Location for a Closed Meeting for a Strategy Session to Discuss Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation (Suggested for today's date, at this location, following the completion of the regular agenda and work session agenda items) (Announce the vote of each Commissioner). 17.
