NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. A request for a zone change from R-1-10 (single-family, 10,000 ft² minimum lot size) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) on approximately 9.49 acres located on the east side of River Road across from Fort Pierce Drive (approximately 1950 South). Additionally, the application includes a preliminary plat and hillside permit to be reviewed along with the zone change proposal. The applicant is proposing 33 units on the property. The proposal would include single family, duplex and four-plex homes. The applicant is Bush & Gudgell, Inc. and the representative is Bob Hermandson. The project will be known as Chandler Heights.
