Grant Status: Needs Review IPHS Exec (February 6th): Immunization 5-year cooperative agreement (lead: Rich Lakin). A motion was made and passed for the cooperative agreement application to move forward to the Governance Committee with a favorable recommendation as proposed, which included a 10% cut that will be applied equally across DHHS and LHD contracts.
The funding amount for this year is year one for a 5-year grant. This is a 5-year grant with new funding and workplans each year. Funding begins July 1, 2025, and runs through June 30, 2026. Funding levels were provided to us via VFC camp, the immunization cooperative agreement application tool.
