(Legislative Item) Public Hearing: Rezone - Located at approx. 172 South Pleasant Grove Boulevard (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Pleasant Grove City for a zone change from The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict to the Commercial Sales-2 (CS-2) Zone to eliminate split zoning for parcel #49:579:0018, located at approximately 172 South Pleasant Grove Boulevard, on approximately 0.70 acres in the Commercial Sales-2 (CS-2) Zone and The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict.
