NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FEBRUARY 25, 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 5.309 acres of property from 'A' (Agriculture) and 'CP-1' (Planned Neighborhood Commercial) to 'MU' (Mixed-Use). The property is located at approximately 967 East 1150 North.
The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
