- Public Notice The Oakley City Council will hold a public hearing and take possible action: Wednesday, February 26 at 7:00 p.m. Anchor location at: 960 W. Center Street Also available at: ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment and take possible action regarding proposed 13-lot subdivision at approximately 189 E Weber Canyon Road (yellow flag marker. Parcels OT-78, OTBV-256, OT-74, and OTBV-248. Proposed subdivision includes 13 lots on 62.47 acres. Applicants are Wes Harwood and David Berger. See attached final plat (subject to change.) PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com. These comments will be reviewed by Commissioners prior to meeting of Planning Commission. For a copy of this notice, please visit: 1) www.oakleycity.com or www.pmn.utah.gov, 2) Oakley City Offices, 960 W. Center Street, or 3) call 435-783-5734. Forthcoming meeting agenda and project staff report will be available at the above locations as well.
