The Oakley City Council
will hold a public hearing and take possible action:
Wednesday, February 26 at 7:00 p.m.
Anchor location at: 960 W. Center Street

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment and take possible action regarding proposed 13-lot subdivision at approximately 189 E Weber Canyon Road (yellow flag marker.
Parcels OT-78, OTBV-256, OT-74, and OTBV-248.
Proposed subdivision includes 13 lots on 62.47 acres.
Applicants are Wes Harwood and David Berger.

Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com. These comments will be reviewed by Commissioners prior to meeting of Planning Commission.
