RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 27, 2025 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): 1. 'Peery CUP-STR,' PLZ-25-2005, an application for a conditional use permit for a short-term rental located at 1944 West 12960 South. Applicants - Tim and Sinda Peery 2. 'Myler Carwash Lighting,' PLZ-25-8003, an application to amend a commercial site plan by adding LED accent lighting to a carwash located at 5171 West 13400 South. Applicant - Mitchell Myler 3. 'Hercules Credit Union,' PLZ-24-8018, an application for a final commercial site plan to be located at 1242 West 12600 South. Applicant - Jake Holmes 4. 'McKenzie Development Agreement,' PLZ-25-4001, 25-6001, a public hearing for a rezone and development agreement between Riverton City and Hollander Holdings LLC for approximately 5.63-acres of property located at 12270 South 4000 West, from R-3 (Residential Low-Density) to C-R (Regional Commercial) to construct storage units. 5. 'SALT Amendment,' PLZ-25-4003, 25-6002, a public hearing for an amendment to a development agreement between Riverton City and CenterCal amending the allowed number of residential units within the project area from 282 to 290. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
