Description/Agenda: Notice of a Public Hearing The Town of Genola Planning Commission hereby gives notice of a public hearing on Wednesday, March 7th, 2024, scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 N Main St. in Genola. The purpose of this hearing is to consider changes and updates made to the Development Standards including the exemption from building in utility easements. Notice is further given that if the Planning Commission approves the changes, the Genola Town Council will hear this item at the March 19th, 2024, Town Council Meeting to commence at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will also be held at the Genola Public Safety Building at 455 N Main St. in Genola.
