- Heber City Corporation NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Planning Commission NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 25th day of February 2025, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. of said day in the Council Chambers of Heber City, 75 North Main Street Heber City, Utah, the Planning Commission will hold and conduct a Public Hearing to consider: - Atlas Tower is proposing a telecommunications tower with an accompanying Master Development Agreement to approve a 69' stealth telecommunication tower located on property owned by Heber City Corp. at approx. East of Valley Hills Blvd, Parcel Number: 00-0021-0538. - The MDA is required as the Developer is requesting a tower that would not be allowed by current city ordinances. Specifically, the height of said tower exceeds the allowed limit of 35' by 34'. The developer is requesting an exception to the limited height to better accommodate carriers that wish to co-locate on the proposed telecommunications tower. If the Public is unable to attend, the Public Hearing comments can be emailed to PCPublic@heberut.gov. All comments will be read aloud during the open comment portion of the Public Hearing and will be included as part of the permanent public records for this meeting.
