- 2025 Public Meeting Schedule Mosquito Abatement District-Davis The Board of Trustees holds monthly Board Meetings on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM. All meetings will be at the District's office or Zoom, 85 N 600 W, Kaysville, UT. 84037. Exception will be the September meeting will be held at the Ogden Airport, Hanger N748, 3800 Airport Road, Ogden UT. The dates of the Board meetings in 2025 are: January 9, February 13, March 13, April 10, May 8, June 12, July 10, August 14, September 11, October 9, November 13, and December 11. These are open meetings and the public is invited to attend.
