i. Park and recreation - Need to spend this past years Rapz Money $12000 to spend on shade. Will do RAPZ this year
ii. Colette will work on RAPZ application for this year.
iii. Need to do something with the Sugar Park sign.

i. Need to Change things in our Subdivision code
ii. Enforcement and penalty is out of date and does not address fine amounts.
iii. Been taking care of Ordinance violators and will continue doing this
iv. Need names to help fill planning and zoning.

i. Finish with new pumps in the well.

i. More signs for information for the town
Vote on code amendment change between building from four years to two years for a residential development. Pros to decreasing it People aren't selling massive amounts of acreage to just anyone. People having to wait and then they move on to other places. People who don't want to lower the time have the right to not sell their land before every 4 years. But give other people the chance to sell their acreage at sooner intervals.

Discuss the increase in Garbage fees. Waste Management has increased their fees making it so that we are in the red with what we are charging our residents. Proposed increase $1.00 for each garbage can and $.50 for each recycling can

Paul Hansen,
i. Is in the process of taking down Christmas and looking for more decorations
ii. Need to make contact with the lawn guy for next year
iii. Will probably go back to lighted parade next year
iv. Fireworks for the Christmas party were fun.
v. The exit signs in town hall don't work they need to be checked
vi. Need more memorabilia for town hall

i. Will be working with Paul on the RAPZ application
Mark Cowley,
i. PFAS testing new regulations from EPA by 2028. Every well will have to be tested we are on the wait list for funding. We'll have to test all of our water sources.
ii. Systems Operator contacted Mark in October. He is willing to be our Water system operator for $200 per month basic. This would take us off the unapproved noncompliant list. - Should give Eric Dursteler a call to check up on this. Need to check on length of contract.

i. The Commission will consider a re-zone of Parcel Number 13-040-0002 at approximately 3000
W Hwy 218, from Agriculture and Residential Agriculture to the Light Industrial Zone.
ii. The Commission will also consider Local Land Use and Development Revisions required by the
State and prepared by Sunrise Engineering, and Daniel Jensen. These revisions will be included
in the Town Code if approved.
iii. Discussion with Richard Sanders on possible code violation. Richard explained to us that the
situation with his apartment for his daughter was approved by Planning and Zoning back in
2002.
iv. Discussion about possible violations of Town Code.
The travel trailer at Enrique Arenas at 2300 W 6550 N, Amalga, is still being used as a residence. They probably have an illegal power hookup. He was informed the next step will be the sheriff. He will be dealing with the
court at the next stage. He will be served with a
violation of Town Code.
Discussion about Perry living in a trailer at 7920 N 2400 W. Further information is needed on this situation.
v. Mike Diehl is concerned about confronting individuals involved in violations as a safety issue.
All of those involved in recent violations were contacted with Certified Mail, except for the
situation at 7920 N 2400 W.
vi. Each member of the Commission received a copy of the Enforcement and Penalties prepared by
Seth Tait, Town Attorney for us. Currently our Chapter 6, ZONING ADMISTRATION and
ENFORCEMENT is outdated. Seth sent us a copy of an updated process. This will need to be
examined by the Commission and action, if any, taken at a later date.

i. On January 20 will meet at town hall for the bids
CCOG Projects for this next year chip and seal from church to bridge.
Wells bid was 46,337.21 and they have completed 38,213.98. They have had to replace some of the pipes. Schreiber's will pay 1/2.
