- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held before the Bluffdale City Council on Wednesday February 26, 2025, at Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 W 14400 S, which will begin at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a proposed General Plan Map Amendment from Very Low Density Residential to Mixed Use and Zoning Map Amendment from Agricultural A-5 to SD-X Bringhurst Station for approximately 5.06 acres at 16473 S Redwood Road. The City will also receive public comment on a proposed Special Development Zone Application incorporating the 5.06-acre parcel into the Bringhurst Station Project to allow up to 99 townhome units on approximately 11.4 acres including amendments to Section 11.110.140 to reflect changes to the approved project plan. Lastly, the Planning Commission will consider a proposed Development Agreement for the project. Edge Homes, Applicant, represented by Mike Winters. (Application 2024-26). In addition to attendance in person, if you have any comments or concerns, there are several additional ways to participate in the meeting as follows: 1. Mailed written comments will be accepted.
