Closed Session: Motion to go into closed session for the purpose of Purchase, exchange, and lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if such discussion discloses the value or prevents the district from completing a transaction on the best possible terms. 12. Review of bills paid from 01/01/2025 to 01/31/2025. 13. Adjourn.
