DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. February 5, 2025.
2. Annexation
A. PETERSON - RIVER BOTTOMS ROAD ANNEXATION. This is a staff proposed Annexation for a parcel of land located at 860 South River Bottoms Road.
3. Site Plan
A. CANYON CREEK COMMERCIAL CENTER CITY PARK IMPROVEMENTS. This proposal involves site & landscaping improvements being made to 1185 North 400 East.
B. CANYON CREEK PHASE 4 LOT 9. This proposal involves the development of a commercial building located at 433 East 1000 North.
4. Final Plat
A. GOODWIN ACRES PLAT A. This proposal involves the approval of a Final Plat for 14 single-family lots located at 2976 East 100 South.
B. RIVER RUN PLAT G. This proposal involves the approval of a Final Plat for 38 townhomes and 20 condominium units as part of a Master Planned Development to be located at approximately 253 East Volunteer Drive.
5. Preliminary Plat
A. RIVER RUN SUBDIVISION. This proposal involves the approval of an amended Preliminary Plat for 30 additional condominium units and 27 additional townhomes units to be located at approximately 1100 South 300 East.
6. Zone Change
A. RIVER RUN GRIFFITHS ZONE CHANGE. This proposal involves changing the zoning from R-R to R-3 with the Master Planned Development Overlay to allow for the development of a residential subdivision located at 1022 South River Bottoms Road.
B. RECEPTION CENTER ZONE CHANGE. This proposal involves changing the zoning from R-1-6 to C-2 at 710 East Center Street.

A. OGDEN CARPETS FLEX SPACE CONCEPT.
B. RUSH FUNPLEX TOWNHOMES CONCEPT.
