- Plain City Cemetery District Board Meeting February 13, 2025 - 7: 00 p.m. Plain City Cemetery Office Building Board Members Ross Taylor-Chairman Monette Panter-Co-Chairman Jeff East Joel Freestone Brent Weston Jon Bradford-Secretary/Treasurer Clint Barney/Sexton Top Tier Yard Care/Caretaker Andrew Stockmaster/Maint. Supervisor Board Members excused: Welcome - Prayer/Moment of Silence 1. Review and approve minutes from the meeting held December 12, 2024. No meeting was held January 2025. 2. Review and discuss these individuals and their contracts ending March 31, 2025. A. Clint Barney-Sexton B. Top Tier Yard Care-Lawn C. Andrew Stockmaster-Maint. D. True Green-Fertilizer or any other company interested. 3. Review, discuss and approve any maintenance issues on equipment or ground. 4. Review, discuss, and make a decision of the switching over the cell phone and if we are purchasing internet. 5. Other Business or concerns from members of the Board or the public. 6. Adjourn.
