Requested Proposal: Cedar City owns and operates the Heritage Theater, a performing arts facility built by the community approximately 25 years ago. Cedar City is seeking a qualified firm to provide consulting services regarding the remodeling of the Heritage Theater. The successful consultant will assess the known wants and desires of the City regarding the project, offer counsel and advice of regarding known remodeling issues, offer suggestions for other remodeling issues as well as counsel about how one remodeling item could impact the other theater issues, provide an itemized list or menu of items, complete with estimated pricing of each item, in priority of importance to the City and the Theater. A qualified Firm needs to have extensive experience in: theater consulting, theater remodeling, pricing, and prioritization. The Firm needs to provide an adequate and reasonable timeline for the remodeling project.

Mandatory, on-site, inspection: A mandatory, on-site inspection will be held, Friday, February 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the Heritage Theater, 105 North 100 E, Cedar City, UT 84720
