- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Krissy Smith for a conditional use for a business license to operate 'Unicorn Tree Care' a full tree service business out of her home located at 20 North 900 East. Tax Id. #10-072-0008.
