NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters: Conditional Use Permit: Request by Sunnie Heaston for a Conditional Use Permit required for a home Preschool for ages 3 - 4 years, to be located at approx. 3181 S 1275 W in the R-2 zone, operating Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 11:30am. Ordinance Amendment: Creation of a Light Commercial zone ordinance. Preliminary Plat: Request by Brock Johnston for approval of The Greens at Glen Eagle preliminary plat. The 12-lot subdivision will be located at approximately 3800 W 1320 S on approximately 4.19 acres in the R-2 zone.
