The board asked for a summary of 2024 vs 2025 budgets. TRT allocation for 2025 will be reduced by $500,000. Going forward, the budget will be based on income from the previous year. An excess of $400,00 from the 2024 budget that will be used as $200,000 in 2025 budget and $200,000 in the 2026 budget. The $100,000 contribution from Solider Hollow could not be cut. Mark suggested we go back to the county for that $100,000. The marketing budget was cut $45,000. Capital Ex/Maintenance was cut by $92,000. The Chamber will be billed for Operations and Staff wages. Video Creation budget will be higher than previous year but a lot of footage is being taken so it can be used over and over for future videos.
